POLPETTE CON FONDUTA DI PORRI

Buongiorno a tutti!

solo poche righe per salutarvi e lasciarvi questa semplice ma gustosa ricetta!

Una succulenta crema di porri di stagione per accompagnare le classiche polpette!

Ingredienti per 4 persone:

  • 250 gr carne macinata
  • 150 gr di salsiccia
  • 2 fette di pancarre o pane morbido
  • latte qb
  • 2 porri
  • 1 uovo
  • erba cipollina
  • 3 cucchiai di panna 
  • sale e pepe qb
  • 5 cucchiaio olio evo
Tagliare a rondelle i porri e stufarli in una padella con due cucchiai di olio evo per circa 15/20 minuti aggiungendo dell’acqua se asciugassero troppo.
Salarli e lasciarli riposare.
Nel frattempo preparare le polpette: sbriciolare il pancarrè con il latte, unire la carne macinata e la salsiccia, l’uovo, sale e pepe.
Formare delle piccole polpette, passarle nella farina e rosolarle in una padella con 3 cucchiai di olio evo per circa una decina di minuti.
Mettere i porri stufati in un frullatore con la panna e frullarli sino a che diventano una bella cremina. Aggiungere l’erba cipollina e accompagnare la crema o meglio “fonduta” di porri alle polpette.
