Ma buongiorno!!
Nonostante la prevista giornata quasi autunnale di ieri non ho potuto fare a meno di preparare questa frisella estiva, che mi ricorda invece che siamo ancora in estate fino al 22 di settembre (?) e che il prossimo week end sarò al mare in Sardegna! WOW!!! EVVIVA L’ESTATE!
E’ una ricetta semplicissima e poverissima, tipica principalmente della Puglia, regione natale del mio papino!
Sostanzialmente si tratta di un pane di grano duro biscottato (ma ce ne sono di tante altre varianti) che viene ammorbidito sotto l’acqua corrente per pochi istanti e successivamente condito con pomodoro a pezzi, sale, origano e olio evo.
E’ davvero buonissima e per l’estate azzeccatissima e fresca! Io l’adoro!
